Course Description

This course is catered to participants with no or some basic skills in handling hydraulic and electro-hydraulic systems in industries. Participants with be provided with the basic knowledge of the construction and function of hydraulic and electric components as well as to develop the ability to read, design and construct simple hydraulic circuits.

Participants are able to:

  • Identify and describe the design, features and operation of electric components
  • Design, assemble and test basic hydraulic circuits

  • ISO fluid power symbols according to ISO 1219
  • Development and layout of simple controls
  • Design and assemble basic hydraulic circuits
  • Design and assemble basic electro-hydraulic circuits
  • Simulation and practical exercises
